“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination.” – Carl Rogers
The ultimate goal of therapy is to help create a good life for yourself, a life worth living. Sometimes it entails overcoming depression, sometimes decreasing anxiety, adjusting to a new culture after immigrating, processing through grief, asserting yourself, or resolving conflicts in a relationship. Therapy helps to reveal the true potential and strengths within a person. It can be an important factor in finding hope, clarity, and strength necessary for true fulfillment. With respect for all forms of diversity, an open mind, and empathy, I assist my clients in their passage for positive change. I use an integrative approach and help clients explore their past in order to better understand their present challenges and to improve their future.
